We have set up this page to try and answer all your queries before you you use one of our services. Therefore we have created the following questions and answers based on what most of our customers usually ask before buying a computer or using one of our services. If your question is not here then please contact us for further information.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards securely through PayPal (No sign up is required). Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheque's via our website. We will accept cheque's and cash in person.

Q. What is your returns policy?

You have the right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a full refund, if goods are returned in “as new” condition within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with your goods, hardware/parts are covered by our standard warranty. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on our warranty.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We are able to deliver to anywhere in the UK. Overseas delivery is currently unavailable.

Q. How do I know if you have a product in stock?

All orders for systems are assembled by hand and to order. We will confirm by email your estimated arrival date. If, for some reason, your product is out of stock we will notify you by email, or any method of contact you have requested.

Q. I am having trouble getting my PC to work, what do I do?

All our PCs are fully tested after assembly and before despatch. Most people, who experience problems with their PC, do so in the first few days and are related to setup not hardware faults. You can email us at mail@primepcservices.com or call us on 01908 792073 and we will advise you as best we can.

Sometimes these problems are related to how software is setup on your PC. If these are not hardware faults with your PC, you will not be covered under our warranty.

Q. How do I get my receipt/invoice?

You will receive your receipt either by post, or with the delivered goods. You should keep this in a safe place as you may need it in the event that you experience a problem with your purchase.

Q. How much do you charge for call out?

We offer free call out within the Milton Keynes area.

Q. Do you fix laptops

Yes! We are able to fix many laptop problems. Please contact us for a quotation.

Q. Will you have to take my PC?

If we estimate that more than two hours work is required on your PC, we will suggest we take your PC back to our workshop. Our technicians can carry only a limited amount of tools and specialist tools may be required.

Q. How much will collection and drop-off for my PC cost?

We offer free collection and drop-off within the Milton Keynes area

Q. Are my files and data secure?

We operate in complete security. Your personal data is our up most priority and any work that is undertaken on your machine is done so under strict guidelines. In the event that your files/data have to be transferred, we guarantee to store them on our secured machines, in-house.  We also guarantee to completely remove all traces of your personal files when the job is done.
