By using Prime PC Services you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of primepcservices.com. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to primepcservices.com.

Quotations/orders
When placing an order/specifying a computer you should not presume that additional software is included, unless otherwise stated on the specification/order page or ordered by the customer. This includes Floppy Disk drives, CD/DVD burning software, Anti-virus, word processing, photo management software.

Delivery
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Should the seller fail to deliver goods on an agreed delivery date the buyer shall have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of any monies paid to the seller.

Failure by the buyer to pay for any installment or delivery when due shall entitle the seller to withhold further deliveries and the buyer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the seller relating to such goods which the seller is then entitled to withhold.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to buyer's address and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Should certain components be out of stock, we reserve the right to deliver in installments.
When signing for delivered goods you must be satisfied that they have arrived undamaged. You must inspect products for any defects/damages and inform us as soon as possible. Failure to inform the seller of any defects/incorrect products within 3 days will result in your loss to claim refunds.

Endorsement
Statements on www.primepcservices.com are our own recommendation. We feel that these products/services are of sufficient quality and level. Products/services that are disputed to be at this level (which will be shown to us) are entirely at our discretion to be removed from the Prime PC Services website.

Prime PC Services is ultimately not responsible for any products sold from merchants/suppliers that we recommend. Our recommendation of these merchants/suppliers, are made at time when we have found them to be of a reliable and honest nature. We cannot guarantee that these merchants/suppliers will continue to be so. We cannot be made liable for any misconduct by any merchant/supplier that no longer applies a service that we endorsed them for.

For our own legal protection we must add the following statement:

Software
Software not owned/produced by us is subject to the conditions and warranty of the software licensor. We will provide the licence you require when applicable. You must comply with that licence. 

Cancellation returns
No service or product will be returned, without the written approval of Prime PC Services. Goods will remain fully at the buyers risk until they have been received by Prime PC Services.

Prime PC Services reserve the right to make a charge of 15%, for handling and re-stocking, on any goods that are ordered in error or are no longer required.

If the product is found to be faulty within the first 30 days we must be notified in written form within the 30 days to be eligible for a refund/replacement. Once the product has been returned to us and the fault confirmed, we will process the refund as soon as possible. For a complete refund, goods must be returned in their original condition, including all CD/DVD's, manuals and packaging.

Warranty
We warrant that at the time of delivery, goods will be free from faults in both materials and workmanship. We guarantee goods (excluding peripherals) to be free from faults for 12 months. Should any good not conform to this, we will either, repair the fault in question, replace the defective goods or refund price of the defective goods.
This warranty covers custom made PCs built by Prime PC Services and our pre-defined PC Packages and relates to the base unit and does not include monitors or peripherals. Any other products and peripherals are covered by manufactures warranty.

Under normal circumstances, we provide a “return-to-base” warranty. In the event that a computer needs to be returned to us, we will contact you accordingly and arrange collection. Unauthorised/unannounced returns will be rejected.
The purchaser must ensure the environmental and power supply conditions are suitable for the equipment and that the equipment is cared for and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and instructions.

Warranty is void if components have been upgraded by the user, and we have reason to believe this has had a direct effect on the failure of a part supplied by us. In this circumstance the customer would be responsible for labour costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that adequate back-ups of all applications, operating systems and data are maintained. In the event of fault emanating from a manufacture or design fault, it may be necessary for the machine to be returned to the manufacturer for fault diagnoses, repair and test.
Monitors are governed by separate manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions
Software and Operating System: Prime PC Services is not liable for breakdown or failure in Operating Systems or software. This includes issues that arise from any external influences such as, neglect, misuse, excessive wear to system or equipment. This includes, but not limited to, poor environmental conditions, electrical power surges/failures, the use of
incompatible/uncertified accessories/media (pirate/illegal copies) and the affect of computer viruses.

Damage caused by “over clocking” hardware is not covered. While we appreciate that you are free to over clock your systems, you do so entirely at your own risk and any damages will result on a void or warranty.

Privacy and Security
We are totally committed to the privacy and security of your personal information. When you order goods/services from us we need to know your name, email address, home/delivery address, credit/debit card details (where applicable). This information allows us to notify you of order updates and contact you in the event of problems with your order.

We operate in absolute security. Your personal data is our up most priority and any work that is undertaken on your machine is done so under strict guidelines. In the event that your files/data have to be transferred, we guarantee to store them on our secured machines, in-house. Our machines are totally secure and your data will be stored on an encrypted drive. This encryption is so secure that it would take close to 100,000 years to break into/crack. We also guarantee to completely remove all traces of your personal files when the job is done.

Disclosure of information to third parties
We do not and never will sell or trade your information with any other third party company. We will not use any contact details you have provided to us to contact you with offers/promotions, without your agreement.

How do we protect your information?
We are committed to security. When you place on line orders or access your account, you are connected to our secure server. This information is encrypted using the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) software. This ensures that your information can only be ready by our secure server and not “unscrambled” by anyone else.
